On August 8, 1995, Monique McGill was born in Burlington, New Jersey. At age five she moved to Maryland, and it has been her home ever since. Her parents are Joseph and Katyna McGill, and she is very grateful for them because she grew up in a Christian home and has known about Christ since she was a kid.

Like many people, Monique left God because she wanted to experience what the world had to offer. She dropped out of college in 2015 with no dreams and no aspirations. After hitting rock bottom in 2016, Monique knew that the only person who could save her from herself was God. February 10, 2017, Monique surrendered to God and gave her life to Him. Shortly after, God gave her the vision for God Is Tryna Tell You Something. It is an outreach ministry whose purpose is to win souls for the Kingdom of God.

Monique is currently attending Rhema Bible Training College in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and plans on doing itinerant ministry. She wants people to know that life is so much better when you submit to God and allow Him to lead you into divine passion, purpose, and servitude.

Lord help me bring one more soul closer to you.
